基于20多年稀有气体质谱仪的经验，Thermo Scientific开发了系列新一代多接收稀有气体质谱仪。它结合创造性的新特征和经过实践验证的成熟的同位素质谱技术，开发了Helix MC Plus、Helix SFT和ARGUS VI三款先进的静态真空稀有气体质谱仪，是多接收静态惰性气体质谱迈进的重要一步。Thermo Scientific HELIX SFT质谱是为氦同位素同时分析及高精度跳峰分析而设计的高分辨、多接收系统，可以同时测定3He和4He，也可以用跳峰模式测量任何稀有气体同位素。
