电子探针简介：
电子探针(EPMA)是用极细的电子束对样品表面进行照射产生特征性X射线，对特征性X射线进行分光和强度测定，得到微小区域的元素组成及样品表面元素浓度分布的分析装置。EPMA 采用波长色散型X 射线分光器（WDS），与能量色散型X 射线分光器（EDS）相比，具有高分辨率的特点。因此，EPMA与扫描型电子显微镜（SEM）配置EDS 检测器比较，可以进行更高精度和更高灵敏度的分析。
