Thermo Scientific GC Isolink是连接气相色谱仪与同位素比质谱仪的重要的高灵敏度接口：用于正确和高精度在线测定有机混合物中单个组分13C/12C, 15N/14N, D/H或18O/16O同位素比。从气相色谱分离出的单体化合物，分别进入该接口，通过燃烧或高温转化的方法，分别转化成为用于IRMS分析的简单的气体 (CO2/ N2/ H2/ CO)。
