NuPAGE® Novex® 预制凝胶系统是一种全新的高性能聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统。凝胶有Bis-Tris和
Tris-乙酸两种配方及各种丙烯酰胺浓度和尺寸可供选择(小型：8×8cm和中型：8×13cm)，
确保您可以找到符合您电泳要求的凝胶。不管哪种配方和浓度，我们独特的Novex® NuPAGE®
凝胶配方可最大程度避免其它凝胶类型经常出现的“微笑”现象及较差的分离效果(参见图)；
中性pH 凝胶和缓冲液系统还可避免碱性电泳环境下出现的样品化学修饰，使得您每次都可以
获得可靠的分离结果。此外，Novex® NuPAGE® 凝胶可以提高蛋白转移效率，将更多样品转移
至膜上，从而增强蛋白质印迹分析的检测信号。
使用Novex® NuPAGE® 中型胶(A)时，分离得到的蛋白条带笔直而细窄，而在同类厂商的凝胶上则
呈波纹条带(B)。每个泳道含有5μL Mark12™未染色标准品。
