E-Gel™ SizeSelect™琼脂糖凝胶是二代测序的得力助手，无需切胶和纯化试剂盒，即可从凝胶中回收您感兴趣的DNA条带，适用于<1kb DNA片段的分离，纯化的DNA片段可直接用于二代测序平台文库的构建或下游克隆实验。
通过三个简单的步骤完成DNA的凝胶纯化
E-Gel SizeSelect琼脂糖凝胶为双梳凝胶。将样品加到上面一排孔中，开始电泳，直至条带迁移至底部一排孔中。然后只需用移液器将您的纯化DNA条带吸出，便可用于克隆。整个过程就是这样简单，无需再采用其他纯化试剂盒或步骤。使用E-Gel iBase™电源系统(带有内置式电源的自备装置)和E-Gel Safe Imager™实时透射仪，运行并显示E-Gel Sizeselect琼脂糖凝胶。
此方法比传统的凝胶电泳和回收试剂盒的方法快10倍。我们提供2%浓度的E-Gel SizeSelect凝胶，可高效精确地回收150-200bp大小的DNA片段。一旦DNA片段回收，在下一步文库构建之前不再需要其他的纯化步骤。
