RapID 便携式拉曼光谱系统--穿透包装制药原辅料快速鉴别
RapID 是新一代便携式拉曼光谱技术，用于制药企业原辅料鉴别，将高通量光谱分析从无色透明包装扩展到有色容器、不透明包装。
传统制药企业原辅料鉴别工作，是药品生产过程中的瓶颈，需对样品逐个打开包装、取样、测试，再重新封装，费时费力，且引入了大量污染风险。对专门取样间的严格要求，通常会大大限制原辅料鉴别的效率。
Agilent RapID 便携式拉曼系统，采用独有的空间位移技术(SORS)，适用于原辅料无损鉴别验证。RapID系统能够穿透各种不透明的有色包装，在数秒内完成鉴别实验，以便立即投入生产。减少了取样和实验室检测环节，使每一批次的分析时间从几小时或几天缩短至仅需几分钟，可极大解决制药企业大量原辅料检测效率问题。
与传统手持式拉曼光谱仪器不同，RapID 系统可透过各种包装，如多层纸袋和塑料袋、不透明的塑料桶和较厚的棕色玻璃瓶等，直接鉴别物料
